Lewis Burridge, ConSyGen's president stated: "We are very pleased with the market response of our introduction of Y2K Consulting and Audit Services. AMGRO and AIPSO are the first of many MTF vendors expected to utilize our services. We believe that many of these clients who look to us for Consulting and Audit Services will also trust us with their remediation and testing needs. As we quickly approach the year 2000, more companies are realizing the urgent need to focus on risk mitigation and assessment of compliance. This market segment coupled with intense international remediation activity will continue the demand for ConSyGen's services well past the Y2K deadline. We fully expect ConSyGen's Enterprise Services Group, which provides Y2K products and services from impact assessment to testing, to be fully loaded with projects throughout the year 2000 and into 2001."

Y2K Consulting and Audit Services is the first of two additional Y2K Services ConSyGen now offers through its Enterprise Services Group. ConSyGen has developed a flexible 12-step model for conducting Y2K Audits. The Audit process is a precursor to remediation activities and focuses on providing customers with an understanding of their current Y2K compliance levels and aids in decision support by providing companies with a road map to determine their Y2K compliance strategies. Once a company's Y2K compliance strategy is in place, ConSyGen is able to offer additional services such as remediation and testing services. ConSyGen can provide full service Y2K compliance services if a client so desires.
