ConSentry Networks Expands Executive Management Team to Meet Rapid Growth; LAN Security Leader Appoints Jim Buckley Chief Financial Officer.


MILPITAS, Calif. -- ConSentry Networks, a leading provider of secure networking solutions for LANs, today announced that finance veteran Jim Buckley is the company's new Chief Financial Officer. The new position is being created to guide ConSentry's meteoric growth within the rapidly expanding LAN (Local Area Network) A communications network that serves users within a confined geographical area. Buckley also held the CFO position as Cygnus Solutions, an engineering software services company that merged with Red Hat, Inc. Previously, he held CFO positions with TeraStor Corporation, GET Manufacturing and Raster Graphics and prior to that was corporate controller with Pyramid Technology Corporation.

In his new position as ConSentry's CFO, Buckley will be responsible for managing the company's overall financial operations.
