ConEd RENAISSANCE cuts third ribbon in Bushwick.


ConEdison's RENAISSANCE Housing Program is pleased to announce the completion of yet another major rehabilitation at 475-477 Wilson Avenue between Jefferson Avenue and Hancock Street, in Bushwick, Brooklyn Bushwick is a neighborhood in the northeastern part of the New York City borough of Brooklyn. The husband and wife development team, of Michael and Elina D'Annunzio have rehabed these long vacant two four-story walk-up apartment buildings into 16 spacious condominiums affordable to surrounding area residents.
