Con Edison Solutions' National Growth Strategy Advances Energy Services Company Acquires Custom Energy of Kansas.


WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- ConEdison Solutions, one of America's leading energy service providers, has acquired Custom Energy Services, LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Founded in 1997, Custom Energy Services, LLC has provided energy efficiency solutions to clients throughout the United States. The firm is a pioneer in the use of guaranteed performance contracts. Performance contracting leverages energy savings from energy-efficient infrastructure improvements to cover project installation costs over set periods of time. Custom Energy Services, LLC also provides energy consulting for demand- and supply-side services, and provides on-site power, co-generation and renewable energy technologies. Members of its management team began working together as manufacturers' representatives in 1974.
