JoAnn F. Ryan, president and chief executive officer of CEC, "Our strategy of expanding services to enterprise customers has proven to be a wise choice, as that sector's demand for communication services continues to grow. CEC's success in 2005 is driven from selling on-net services and offering competitive long-term contracts. The strategic network investments lay the groundwork for additional revenue opportunities.
