(NASDAQ: ULCM ULCM United Lutheran Church Men ), a provider of network signaling software for wireless, wireline, and Internet communication services, has completed its initial public offering of 4,250,000 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $13 per share.

The shares, all of which are being offered by Ulticom, will be quoted on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol "ULCM." Ulticom has also granted the underwriters the right to purchase up to 637,500 additional common shares within 30 days to cover over-allotments, if any.
