Comverse Infosys will offer the Genesys T-Server as a value-added CTI-enabler for Comverse's Intelligent Recording(TM) solutions on a worldwide basis.

Comverse Infosys' Intelligent Recording solutions provide Contact Center Quality, Enterprise Transaction Management, Customer Xperience(TM) Management and Customer Intelligence Analytics(TM), components for Building the Customer-Intelligent Enterprise(TM). These solutions are to be integrated to Genesys' T-Server, empowering contact centers to control recording, attach customer data to calls and record multi-channel interactions. This integrated package provides actionable customer information enabling better decision making throughout the enterprise, resulting in improved customer loyalty and retention and increased revenues and profits.
