) announced today that its Maryland-based subsidiary, Comtech Mobile Datacom Corporation, received a letter contract with a not-to-exceed ceiling value of $26.8 million for satellite communications and network management services. Initial funding was set at $20.1 million, or 75% of the ceiling based on Comtech's submission of a qualified proposal. The contract is expected to be definitized and funded to its final negotiated ceiling within the next few months.

Under the contract with the U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM CECOM Communications Electronics Command (US Army)
