with its industry-leading technologies. The CDM-600 is an advanced satellite modem that supports data rates up to 20 Mbps, an array of modulation techniques, standards and interfaces, and advanced forward error correction A communications technique that can correct bad data on the receiving end. Before transmission, the data are processed through an algorithm that adds extra bits for error correction. If the transmitted message is received in error, the correction bits are used to repair it.  technologies to ensure optimum performance based on varying network conditions. By opting for the Turbo Product Coding, which enables increased coding gain In coding theory and related engineering problems, coding gain is the measure in the difference between the signal to noise ratio (SNR) levels between the uncoded system and coded system required to reach the same bit error rate (BER) levels when used with the error correcting code  and lower decoding delay, the customer can realize significant bandwidth savings. Also included in this award are the UT-4505 C-Band Up Converters, the DT-4503 C-Band Down Converters and the CSAT-5060 50 Watt C-Band Transceivers. The Frequency Converters feature the patented Daisy Chain Connected in series, one after the other. Transmitted signals go to the first device, then to the second and so on.
