, today announced that it has reached an agreement with Intracom Holdings (ASE (Adaptive Server Enterprise) A relational DBMS from Sybase that runs on Windows NT/2000, Linux and a variety of Unix platforms. ASE is a comprehensive and robust data management product with a long history dating back to the late 1980s. :INTRK) to subscribe to a 51% stake in Hellas On Line SA's (HoL) for a cash consideration of [euro]47.9 million. The closing of the transaction, subject to certain conditions precedent including approval of Greek regulatory authorities, is expected during the first quarter of 2007.
