Comspec Corp. to Premiere Management of Change Solution.

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 22, 1998--Comspec Corp. announced MOC Centrix(TM), an integrated Management of Change Solution addressing the needs of the manufacturing and process chemical markets.

The solution will be premiered at the Documentum Worldwide User Conference in November.

MOC Centrix, an application specific web-enabled solution, is a unique integration of Documentum's document management system and InConcert's workflow software. The integration of these services, when accessed by a Java(TM) user interface and bound together by Comspec's Centrix Bridge(TM), yields a flexible and powerful MOC solution designed for complex change management processes.

The MOC Centrix solution will be demonstrated to Documentum's Momentum '98 attendees Nov. 2-5, 1998 in New Orleans. The solution combines business rules, critical documents, and enterprise worker collaboration into a structured methodology to manage changes to processes, technology, equipment and procedures while retaining strict audit, revision and quality controls.
