ANN ARBOR, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 1996--Comshare, Inc., The Decision Support Company, today announced plans to merge its North American Financial Applications and North American EIS sales and marketing organizations in order to enhance its already strong customer service and support, streamline sales efforts and strengthen its ability to deliver comprehensive Decision Support Software solutions. Comshare's two North American sales and marketing organizations are being merged to create Comshare North American Operations under veteran Comshare executive Charles J. Palmer, vice president, North American Operations.
