Comshare Provides e-Business Applications for Management Planning and
     Control that Complement IBM Business Intelligence Solutions

     Comshare(R) Inc. (Nasdaq:CSRE) announced today that it is part
of IBM's (NYSE:IBM) FastStart program for business intelligence (BI),
which provides entire IBM Business Intelligence solutions to small and
midsize companies. Comshare is an IBM Business Partner, and its
