Comshare Names Three New Solution Partners; Comshare Solution Partners to Focus on Specific Vertical Markets and Geographic Regions.

Comshare Inc. (Nasdaq:CSRE) announced that Compu-Cash Systems, Ban-Koe Systems, and Winskill Group have signed on as Comshare Solution Partners. These companies are now working hand-in-hand with Comshare, the innovator in software applications for management planning and control (MPC), which includes planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. The agreements allow Comshare's new partners to sell Comshare's complete product line, which includes the newly launched BudgetPLUS(TM) 3.0 -- the leading MPC solution that is fully Web-architected, runs on mainstream relational and multidimensional databases, and comes "Ready-to-Go" with built-in best practices and packaged budgeting analysis.

New Partners Extend Comshare's Reach

The three channel sales partners extend Comshare's reach, which already penetrates markets in more than 40 countries and North America. Compu-Cash Systems, headquartered in San Diego, Calif., covers the Nevada geographical region and the entire gaming vertical market for North America under terms of the Comshare reseller agreement.
