Comshare Board Elects Four New Company Vice Presidents; Promotions Give Prominence to Areas of Greater Strategic Importance.

) Board of Directors elected Larry Kerber as vice president of planning and product marketing, Michael Khoury as vice president and chief legal counsel, Kevin McGrath Kevin McGrath is President and CEO of Digital Angel. Larry Kerber, vice president of planning and product marketing, reports to Comshare Senior Vice President of Marketing Norm Neuman. Kerber joined Comshare in 1977, and over the past 22 years he has proven his abilities to be an effective strategic thinker, corporate planner, and product/marketing manager. "Larry is an extremely talented individual who understands the nuances of marketing and product management, particularly as applied to the management planning and control software marketplace," said Ganster. "Larry and his team will shape the Company's product direction in the years to come."

Michael Khoury, vice president and chief legal counsel, reports to Comshare Senior Vice President and CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  Kathy Jehle. Khoury is well recognized as an expert in computer law contracting. He joined Comshare in July 1998 as General Counsel, and has a broad base of knowledge of business, computer, and information-technology law. Prior to accepting the General Counsel responsibilities at Comshare, Khoury served as partner with Clark Hill P.L.C., Detroit, Michigan “Detroit” redirects here. Kevin McGrath, vice president of human resources, reports directly to Ganster. McGrath joined Comshare as manager of human resources for North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere.  in September 1991. Prior to joining Comshare, McGrath had 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. He implemented and manages Comshare's college recruiting program, which has been a critical source of excellent talent over the last several years. McGrath successfully designed and implemented the Comshare Leadership Academy, which provides ongoing training and reinforcement for all of the company's managers and potential managers. Stefka has made significant changes to the IT, MIS, and telecommunication functions that have significantly improved performance by introducing new technologies, implementing standards, and renegotiating contracts. His team has successfully replaced most of Comshare's financial and customer support systems, lowering costs to operate and maintain systems, and providing enhanced management planning and control capabilities. "Rick's strong financial background and years of banking experience has brought a great business sense in applying technology where it matters most to the future of our business," Ganster said.
