) today reported its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 1998. The Company reported second quarter revenues of $14.8 million, a decrease of 11.8 percent from $16.8 million for the same quarter last year. For the six month period ended June 30, 1998, the Company reported revenues of $29.8 million as compared to $33.6 million in the corresponding prior year period. Net loss for the quarter was $5.2 million, compared to a net loss of $1.5 million for the comparable 1997 period. Included in the quarterly net loss for the period ended June 30, 1998, was $1.3 million related to restructuring costs. Net loss for the six months was $9.4 million as compared to $3.5 million during the 1997 period.

Commenting on the results, President and Chief Executive Officer John Rade John Rade, (born August 31, 1960, in Ceres, California) was a linebacker in the NFL from 1983 to 1991.  noted, "During the quarter, we embarked on a reengineering effort designed to streamline the product delivery process and focus the Company's marketing efforts on five key vertical markets, which should result in the elimination of redundant costs while not reducing our ability to compete.
