Computron Software, Inc. (AMEX: CFW), a leading provider of financial management software and COLD and workflow technologies, announced today that it signed contracts in 1997 and 1998 exceeding $1.3 million for software and services for Bulgarian Telecommunications (BTC) and Estonian Telephone Company (ETC). These two agreements consolidate Computron's push into the emerging markets of Europe and tighten Computron's position in the telecom sector in Eastern Europe.

Computron's success in this dynamic market place is a direct result of the functional strength and flexibility of the company's financial management software, as well as Computron's localization tool set, which allows the software to be easily customized for additional languages and dialects. Additionally, the software is readily interfaced to existing systems such as the telephone companies' billing and inventory systems.
