) secure online access to financial professionals worldwide.

Today's announcement is being made in conjunction with the opening of Radianz's new office in Sydney. The office will support Radianz's global strategy by serving the Australian financial community and enhancing Radianz's overall local presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

The Radianz solution is a financial extranet linking professionals in a community of interest where they can conduct financial transactions and obtain information in a secure online environment. Computershare will move to replace its current private client network with connections to the Radianz network, which will enable Computershare to consolidate its connections to banks, brokers, stock exchanges, and other financial institutions.

Computershare also will gain faster access to a larger base of end-users worldwide because the Radianz community of interest is already connected to the vast majority of financial institutions. This means Computershare can quickly expand its services used by financial professionals to register stock purchased by investors through brokers, employee stock purchase plans or other programs.

"Our decision to transfer client applications on to the Radianz network and become a content provider in the Radianz community is consistent with our strategy for making Computershare a global company," said Penny Macalgan, director of Computershare Technology Services. "Working with Radianz means we can concentrate on our core business of selling financial services instead of infrastructure issues."

"The Radianz e-finance community is attractive to the financial industry in Australia because it brings together the critical mass of end-users needed for secure communications with financial companies in other parts of the world," said Chris Church, executive vice president of global sales for Radianz. "We welcome Computershare and expect that it will benefit from the value of our community."

Benefits to Current Radianz Customers

As companies such as Computershare select Radianz, more financial information, content and services become available to other organizations connected to the Radianz community.

Radianz customers also gain access to a larger group of financial professionals interested in using their services.
