Computerm moves forward with new President; Douglas J. Goodall takes helm as new President while current President and founder Richard J. Madden becomes CEO.


PITTSBURGH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 1995--Computerm Corp. today announced Douglas Goodall as the new President of Computerm, effective immediately.

, Computerm's most recent President and one of its original founders in 1969, will now assume the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Doug Goodall was employed most recently as Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Black Box Corp., a Pittsburgh-based manufacturer of data communications data communications, application of telecommunications technology to the problem of transmitting data, especially to, from, or between computers. In popular usage, it is said that data communications make it possible for one computer to "talk" with another.  and computer connectivity products.
