Computer-Controlled Blasting.

Guyson has introduced its Model RSSA-8 rotary automatic blast machine, the first in a series with a multiple-axis PC-based motion controller providing integrated closed-loop servo An electromechanical device that uses feedback to provide precise starts and stops for such functions as the motors on a tape drive or the moving of an access arm on a disk.  motor performance for precision nozzle An orifice in an inkjet print head through which ink is sprayed onto the paper. Print heads with six thousand or more nozzles are common in today's printers.

positioning. Developed for blasting applications that demand the greatest precision and repeatability, the motion control system makes the machine more flexible than the firm's PLC-driven models. The system is network-capable to enable programming, monitoring and data acquisition from a remote computer terminal. The gantry-style motion system allows extremely accurate motion control and positioning of one or more suction-blast or direct-pressure nozzles that is synchronized syn·chro·nize

It enables the operator to drill or cut work at exact intervals around a fixed (usually horizontal or vertical) axis. . All servo motors and precision components are sealed and located outside the work enclosure for protection from the abrasive enviroment. Compatible with CAD/CAM CAD/CAM
