) today announced net income of $1,175,000 or $0.11 per share, on revenues of $8,150,000 for the third quarter ended Dec. 31, 1995, as compared to a net income of $467,000, or $0.05 per share, on revenues of $5,636,000, for the comparable period of the previous fiscal year.

Robert Fabbricatore, chairman and chief executive officer of Computer Telephone Corp., stated that the increases in revenue and net income reflect continued growth in both product sales and long distance revenues, as well as the increased development of new customer relationships in the core business area of the Northeast.

Fabbricatore further stated that the company's strategy of expanding the number of customer relationships, as well as leveraging these relationships by increasing the telecommunications products it provides, should result in continued improvement throughout calendar 1996.
