Additionally, the company announced that the board of directors has declared a two-for-one stock split, in which each shareholder of record at the close of business on Oct. 23, 1995 will receive one additional share for each share owned. The payable date will be on or about Nov. 6, 1995. Robert Fabbricatore, chairman and chief executive officer of Computer Telephone Corp., stated that the increases in revenue and net income reflect continued growth in both product sales and long distance revenues, as well as the increased development of new customer relationships in the core business area of the Northeast. Fabbricatore further stated that the decision to declare the stock split was based on the increases in sales and earnings reflected in the nine consecutive profitable quarters for the company, and management's confidence that this trend should continue. -0-
