Computer Sciences Corp. has hired Joseph G. Kehoe as vice president of the federal consulting practice. Previously, Kehoe was commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service's small business/self-employed division. CSC also named Bob Birmingham vice president of Southeast U.S. Army Programs. Birmingham has helped develop Army aviation business as part of the company's management team for the Flight School XXII contract.
