The agreement with Bradley Memorial Hospital is a comprehensive five-year contract valued at $2.84 million. The contract includes application software, hardware, conversion and implementation services, and ongoing system support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services .

The hospital will utilize a broad range of CPSI's suite of applications encompassing both financial and clinical areas in a single integrated database environment. The financial applications include Patient and Financial Accounting, Materials Management Materials management is the branch of logistics that deals with the tangible components of a supply chain. Specifically, this covers the acquisition of spare parts and replacements, quality control of purchasing and ordering such parts, and the standards involved in ordering, , and an Executive Information System that provides hospital management with key performance indicators Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are financial and non-financial metrics used to quantify objectives to reflect strategic performance of an organization. KPIs are used in Business Intelligence to assess the present state of the business and to prescribe a course of action.  in both graphical and standard report formats. The comprehensive suite includes clinical software for all diagnostic and patient care areas including Laboratory, Diagnostic Imaging, Pharmacy, and a Multi-Disciplinary Point of Care Documentation module that incorporates wireless network technology with a variety of mobile hardware units for real-time access and documentation of clinical information at the patient bedside.

Physician access is provided by CPSI's ChartLinkTM product, a web-based application See Web application.  that provides physicians with local or remote access to all patient clinical data, both current and historical, via a graphical on-line patient chart. This improvement will be accomplished with the use of handheld devices to confirm the identity of the patient and the medication being given via bar codes.
