(Symbol CUWR) today announced that it had recorded a profit of $124,000, or $.04 per share, for the second quarter of 1995 as compared to a net loss of $63,000, or ($.04) per share for the same quarter a year ago. For the six months ended June 30, 1995 profits were $235,000 or $.08 per share as compared to a net loss of $300,000 or ($.20) per share for the six months ended June 30, 1994. Mr. Lindsay Gillette, president and chief executive officer, stated that Computer Power Inc., is reflecting the results of the restructuring, refinancing Refinancing An extension and/or increase in amount of existing debt. and management changes that were accomplished in the last quarter of 1994. Net revenues from continued operations for the second quarter of 1995, rose to $3,500,000, a 45% increase from the same quarter a year ago. For the six months ended June 30, 1995 net revenues from continued operations rose to $6,800,000, a 41% increase from the six months ended June 30, 1994.
