Computer Learning Centers Appoints Mark Nasser Chief Financial Officer.

Computer Learning Centers, Inc. (Nasdaq National Market: CLCX) ("CLC") today announced the appointment of Mark Nasser to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Charles Cosgrove, who has resigned from CLC but will remain with the Company as a consultant to senior management and the Board of Directors.

Mr. Nasser, 35, had served as Controller of CLC since 1992. Prior to this, he was Controller of ESI Engineering Services, Inc., a commercial subsidiary of Planning Research Corporation ("PRC"), now PRC/Litton, Inc. Before that, he served in various and progressively challenging financial management capacities in PRC's $500 million Government Services Division. Mr. Nasser is a Certified Public Accountant.

Reid Bechtle, Chief Executive Officer of CLC, stated, "Since joining CLC nearly eight years ago, Mark has assumed increasingly higher levels of financial responsibility and has become a valued member of our senior management team.
