That statement is inaccurate. Computer Horizons has had an ongoing business relationship with AIG for the past 8 years which generated annual revenues ranging from a low $1 million to a high of $13 million in 1995. At the beginning of 1996, Computer Horizons was engaged on seven different projects (contracts) for AIG. As the year progressed, 4 of those projects have been completed in the normal course, one remains ongoing, and two were cancelled. The cancellations reflected an AIG change in philosophy to bring these systems back "in house," and involved contracts calling for about $5 million in revenue between May and September September: see month. 1996.
