Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Based in Cranford, NJ, G.Triad Development Corp. provides comprehensive web application development and Internet-working solutions, as well as network engineering and server management. The company's development practice specializes in information design, Windows NT systems administration, data driven web site development, systems integration project management and expert knowledge in ColdFusion.
