) has announced the acquisition of Garpac Corporation. Garpac is a New York-based developer and provider of enterprise-wide software solutions to the sewn products industry, serving both small and large businesses. The deal was finalized last Friday.

In a move to expand its service offerings, CGS will now own Garpac products and technology. CGS will also retain approximately 40 Garpac employees who will remain in Garpac's New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
