The net loss for the three and six month period ended June 30, 1995, was $5,194,000 and $8,132,000, and the net loss per share for the respective periods was $0.12 and $0.20, as compared to net losses of $1,099,000 and $1,778,000, or $0.05 and $0.08 per share, for the comparable 1994 periods. The loss for the six months ended June 30, 1995 included approximately $1,567,000 of non-recurring charges, the majority of which related to its Superbase Inc. subsidiary.
