) today announced its unaudited financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2000.

The Company reported a net loss for the three month period ended June 30, 2000, of $827,000 as compared to net income of $8,068,000 for the three month period ended June 30, 1999, which included a $14,410,000 gain on the partial distribution of its subsidiary, Softworks Inc. Revenue for the three and six months ended June 30, 2000, was $500,000 and $1,026,000 as compared to $9,645,000 and $23,613,000 for the three and six months ended June 30, 1999. Effective April 1, 1999, the company's ownership of its Softworks, Inc ("Softworks") subsidiary fell below 50%. Accordingly, Softworks was accounted for as a consolidated subsidiary through March 31, 1999, and commencing April 1, 1999, Softworks' results have been accounted for applying the equity method of accounting. The following tables reflect Softworks accounted for using the equity method for the six months ended June 30, 1999 on a consistent basis with actual results for the six months ended June 30, 2000.

For the six months ended June 30, 1999, basic and diluted net income per share was $0.13.

President Anthony Coppola noted that overhead and operating costs operating costs nplgastos mpl operacionales  have been significantly reduced as a result of the restructuring restructuring - The transformation from one representation form to another at the same relative abstraction level, while preserving the subject system's external behaviour (functionality and semantics).  which is reflected in the second quarter's results. He also noted that in the continuing effort to improve shareholder value, the company paid an aggregate dividend to its shareholders in excess of $2 million on May 1, 2000. He further indicated that consistent with the restructuring and based on current company growth projections, "the entire organization remains firmly committed to attaining profitability from operations. We believe the expanded capabilities of the Server Farm to process in excess of one billion records of call detail information, along with the recent launch of the company's new division which offers a unique telecommunications Communicating information, including data, text, pictures, voice and video over long distance.
