The campus, expected to cost more than #100 million, will be entirely managed by CA's revolutionary software, Unicenter TNG TNG Training

Mr. Wang's announcement initiated the "groundbreaking" of the facility site - by the M4 in Datchet.

"This initiative reflects our absolute commitment to increasing CA's presence and success in Europe--a region with enormous growth potential," said Mr. Wang. "The Thames Valley, widely known as the 'Silicon Valley' of the U.K., was the clear choice for our centralised European headquarters because it offered a very high concentration of technical knowledge and expertise, a business-friendly infrastructure, and many other benefits. The area provides the perfect conditions for building our corporate resources, and Ditton Park's prime location near Heathrow Airport makes it extremely conducive to our plans for expansion."

CA has maintained a strong presence in Europe for almost 20 years, and is seeking to centralise the co-ordination of its diverse offices in an area where the company can fully benefit from regional expertise and a business-focused infrastructure.
