Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will provide CA with additional anti-virus development resources and a strategically situated customer service facility. It will also strengthen CA's position in Australia and surrounding Asian markets where it has established leadership. CA will continue to offer Vet as a standalone stand·a·lone adj.
