Computer & Hi-Tech Management, McLean, Va., is being awarded a $5,251,219 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for computer and telecommunications services. These services include activities involving analysis, design, development, installation, deployment, integration, operations, procurement, configuration management, logistics, maintenance and life cycle support functions for various automated information systems The term automated information system means an assembly of computer hardware, software, firmware, or any combination of these, configured to accomplish specific information-handling operations, such as communication, computation, dissemination, processing, and storage of  for Space and Naval Warfare naval warfare

This contract was competitively procured via the SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston E-commerce web site with an unlimited number of proposals solicited and three offers received.
