) today reported record sales, net income and net income per share for the second quarter and six-month period ended June June: see month.  30, 1996.

Net income rose 60% to $950,000 or $0.19 per share compared with net income of $593,000, or $0.17 per share, a year ago based upon a weighted average number of shares outstanding of 5,068,388 for the second quarter of 1996 and 3,539,886 for the second quarter of 1995.
