The system will have about 1300 users in almost 100 different units and it will facilitate the processing of a broad spectrum of tasks, such as criminal cases, civil actions and other court procedures.

The new court system will be based on Computas' FrameSolutions. Computas has developed unique technology, and has a great deal of experience of systems that support knowledge-intensive tasks. The system can be adapted to suit different categories of employees and their specific tasks.

Computas has already supplied the Norwegian judicial authorities with systems to improve the effectiveness of the administration of the police service, the Supreme Court, the enforcement service Norad, the Norwegian Research Council and the Ministry of Health and Social Security.
