CompuCredit's Aspire Visa Retains J.D. Power and Associates to Validate Ongoing Internal Research.

Atlanta-based CompuCredit Corporation (NASDAQ: CCRT), marketer of the Aspire(R) Visa(R) credit card, excels in the area of customer satisfaction, according to internal surveys conducted regularly by the company.

The company has also retained J.D. Power and Associates to validate its ongoing internal research.

For the CompuCredit surveys, 400 randomly selected Aspire Visa customers were interviewed by telephone about overall satisfaction with customer service. Another 400 customers were interviewed about their satisfaction with their Aspire Visa credit card, CompuCredit's signature product. Measures used to gauge customer satisfaction included questions regarding CompuCredit's automated menu, the length of waiting time to speak to a customer service representative, the representative's courtesy, manner and knowledge and the customer's overall satisfaction with the handling of their call.
