), a leading network integration company, announced today that it has made structural changes to its Professional Services (job) professional services - A department of a supplier providing consultancy and programming manpower for the supplier's products.  Organization to reflect an increased emphasis on Microsoft technologies. CompuCom has assembled a focused team of consultants into a Microsoft Practice in order to leverage their combined years of experience. The Microsoft Practice groups these consultants into technology teams specifically devoted to Microsoft technologies. The Microsoft Exchange Messaging and groupware software for Windows from Microsoft. Exchange Server is an Internet-compliant e-mail system that runs under Windows NT/2000 and Windows Server 2003. It can be accessed by Web browsers, the Exchange client, versions of Outlook and the earlier Windows Inbox.  Solution Team is the first team to utilize this new structure.

 repository of tools, utilities and information about Exchange to serve as a primary resource for these consultants. A senior consultant who is designated as an Exchange Technology Owner administers the repository. A new TDP documentation guide devoted to Microsoft Exchange technology has also been developed from the repository.

The new TDP guide encompasses a knowledge base of best practices, project plans, designs, statements of work, sample deliverables, migration planning guides, training, communication plans, references and industry information. The Exchange consultants will utilize the guide to assist clients with Exchange implementations and migrations. In addition, the consultants will conduct Technical Solution Briefings and Workshops to educate customers about the Exchange platform.
