Compu-DAWN Signs Distributor Agreement With Certified Reseller of AT&T Providing Discounted Long Distance Telephone Service Throughout the United States and Around the World.

CEDARHURST, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 16, 1999--Compu-DAWN, Inc. (NASDAQ:ETVC) announced today that through its wholly owned subsidiary ETEL Communications Corp. it has entered into a distributor agreement with E.ComTel, LLC, an affiliate of Alliance Group Services, Inc., to provision telecommunications products sold by Compu-DAWN's wholly owned subsidiary, e.TV Commerce, Inc. ("e.TV") utilizing AT&T (NYSE:T) as it's backbone network carrier. Provisioning of accounts is expected to begin within 60 days.
