Compu-DAWN Changes Stock Symbol to 'ETVC' and Plans to Change Its Corporate Name to e.TV Commerce Industries, Inc.

The change has been made in connection with the Company's recent direction into the e-commerce e-commerce, commerce conducted over the Internet, most often via the World Wide Web.
