Compressed-air dryer for small throughputs.

Batch or continuous drying of up to 22 lb/hr is provided by the new Drymax P15 compressed-air model from Wittmann, Inc., Torrington, Colin. An optional moisture-absorbing membrane membrane, structure composed mostly of lipid and protein that forms the external boundary of cells and of major structures within cells. Membrane organization is based on a sheet two molecules thick—a double layer of lipids aligned with their long hydrocarbon  is available to achieve -4 F (-20 C) dew-point. The P15 has the unusual capability to run with 5 or 10 cfm of dry air in order to save expensive compressed air compressed air, air whose volume has been decreased by the application of pressure. Air is compressed by various devices, including the simple hand pump and the reciprocating, rotary, centrifugal, and axial-flow compressors.  and prevent overdrying of resins resins,

at low throughput rates Throughput rate is an obsolete term[1] in the terminology of automated chemical analysis. It may mean either:
  • Input rate
  • Output rate
