:BB:CMHSE.OB) announced that today it has filed amendments to its November 30, 2003 10Q, May 30, 2004 10Q, August 31, 2004 10Q, November 30, 2004 10Q as well as its February 28, 2004 10K as requested by the SEC.

The reason the SEC requested these amended filings was due to the fact that Comprehensive's former auditing firm had not registered with the Public Company Accountant Oversight

 Board (PCAOB PCAOB Public Company Accounting Oversight Board ). As set forth in the amendments, the Company has engaged a new auditing firm to review and/or audit these financial statements which will allow the Company to move forward in the process to have the "E" removed from its symbol.
