Effective September 1, CompCare is partnering with Evergreen Health Plan, a Columbus, GA-based, provider-sponsored health care corporation. Under the administrative-services-only (ASO ASO arteriosclerosis obliterans.

) arrangement, CompCare will provide mental health and substance abuse services for approximately 7,500 commercially insured Evergreen members in the Columbus area.

The new contract expands CompCare's presence in Georgia and further boosts the company's operations in the Southeast. In partnership with Grady Health Care Plan, an Atlanta-based health maintenance organization, CompCare currently provides inpatient mental health services health services Managed care The benefits covered under a health contract  for approximately 23,000 Medicaid beneficiaries in the Atlanta area. CompCare's Southeast Region office also administers managed behavioral health services for approximately 230,000 Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries, as well as commercial members, in Florida.
