Paul Rothman, President of Comprehensive HealthCare Solutions, Inc. said, "We are extremely excited by the opportunity to include the new vision discount benefit features with our prescription discount card. Currently, fifty percent (50%) of the U.S. population requires corrective lenses A corrective lens is a lens worn on or before the eye, used to treat myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia. The most common types of corrective lenses are eyeglass lenses and contact lenses. Intraocular lenses are also beginning to become common. . In people over the age of forty-five, eighty percent (80%) need some type of corrective eyewear; that percentage increases to ninety-two percent (92%) for people over age seventy."

Mr. Rothman further stated, "We anticipate upwards of 10% of the population utilizing our prescription benefit card. However, based on the statistical needs stated earlier, we expect a much higher percentage of the population to take advantage of our vision discount benefits. Best of all, Comprehensive earns a fee every time someone uses our vision discount benefit. This should provide an additional, profitable revenue stream that was not part of our original business model."

Mr. Rothman went on to say, "With the exception for some Fortune 500 companies and unions, most companies today do not offer vision coverage to their employees. Therefore, we anticipate that the vision discount benefit will appeal to a broad segment of the American population."
