Compositech Ltd. Reports First Quarter Results.

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 15, 1997--Compositech Ltd. (NASDAQ: CTEK), which produces and markets patented high tech laminates for the rapidly growing printed circuit board industry, today announced results for the first quarter ended March 31, 1997.

For the first quarter ended March 31, 1997, revenues totaled $151,999 compared to $39,985 reported in the first quarter ended March 31, 1996. Net loss for the quarter totaled $1,072,394, or $0.16 per share compared with $1,136,683, or $0.28 per share, in the first quarter ended March 31, 1996. There were 6,865,221 shares used in computing net loss per share for the 1997 quarter and 4,008,363 used in the 1996 quarter.
