Compositech Ltd. Expands North American Sales Organization; Hires Western Regional Sales Manager and Appoints Agents.

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 1999--

Compositech Ltd. (Nasdaq:CTEK), which manufactures high-tech laminates for the printed circuit fabrication industry, announced today that it has appointed two additional sales agents, Hamlet & Smith and Photo Chemical Systems, bringing the total number of agents in North America to six. The company also announced that Thomas Stern has joined it as Western Regional Sales Manager.

Hamlet & Smith and Photo Chemical Systems add a total of 18 sales personnel with strong technical and engineering skills to expand the sales of Compositech's unique filament wound CL200+ laminates.

Stern's background includes five years with GE in electronic shop operations, manufacturing, engineering and production control. He began his printed wiring board career in 1983 as a production manager for Sigma Circuits (now Tyco) in Santa Clara, CA. He has 11 years of operations and manufacturing management and five years of technical sales experience in the printed circuit industry.
