Patented is a molded article comprising a substrate with a thermoplastic alloy. The thermoplastic alloy includes a polyester and a polycarbonate. An outer surface layer of a thermoplastic material is located on at least a portion of the substrate. The thermoplastic material comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane and a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer.
