"While many auto dealerships already take steps to detect and prevent identity theft, the new 'Red Flags' Rule imposes a documentary and substantive compliance burden that requires some detailed attention and specific action. By working with Compli to present this complimentary 'Red Flags' Compliance Webinar Workshop Series, we can help dealerships better understand their obligations so they can take the steps necessary to implement their dealership-specific 'Red Flags' compliance program," said Michael Benoit, Partner at Hudson Cook, LLP.
