, an entity controlled by Hall Investments, Ltd., in the sale of 40-42 Old Ridgebury Road for $17.2 million or $137p/s/f.

Mr. Dunne and Mr. Leonard were also responsible for procuring the buyer, Danbury General Partners, LLC, an entity managed by Martin Sands, Steven Sands and Isidore Mayrock.

40-42 Old Ridgebury Road is a two-building, 126,000 s/f office complex accompanied by a three-tiered parking garage located less than a mile from Exit 2 of Interstate 84 in the City of Danbury, Connecticut “Danbury” redirects here. For other uses, see Danbury (disambiguation).
