 in the amount of $22.5 million for a complex of warehouse assets in Port Allen, West Baton Rouge Parish, LA.

The assets, comprised of three one-story industrial buildings totaling approximately 1.117 million s/ f, were developed on a 48.7-acre site. The first two buildings, completed in 2001 and 2003 respectively, are leased to Dupont/Dow Elastomers. The third building, completed earlier this year, is partially tenanted by Dexco Polymers, LP and Dow Chemical Company The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW TYO: 4850 ) is an American multinational corporation headquartered in Midland, Michigan.
